OUR PROCESS
Step One
Call us for a free consultation and/or resume evaluation. If you have a current resume, please send it to us via fax, e-mail or regular postal mail. Let us go over our options and services with you before you place an order.
Step Two
Place your order. For your added security, we accept payments online through PayPal. We also accept Visa and MasterCard orders placed by phone, email, or fax, and money orders through postal mail.
Step Three
A Certified Professional Resume Writer will send you a personalized proprietary questionnaire to gather critical information and reveal your important achievements and qualifications. Questionnaires are tailored to each individual client based on work history, and career objective. Upon receipt, we may conduct an in-depth phone interview (upon request) to learn more about you and establish the best way to market your abilities and experience to employers.
Step Four
Once all of your information has been collected, you will be assigned to a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) who specializes in your field, and you’ll receive a rough draft for your review within 2-3 business days. Your CPRW will review it with you to be sure it is exactly how you would like it and make any changes that you request.
Step Five
Approve your new resume. Once you are delighted we will send the final copy via E-mail as a Microsoft Word document unless other arrangements are made with your writer in advance.
Step Six
